This program gives you the opportunity to contribute to the community while at the same time, differentiating your career from your colleagues by further developing leadership and mentoring skills.

Students

The program aims to assist you with your transition out of university into the workforce. A mentor may be able to provide you with information on industries, professions and general work skills as well as advice and support with career direction, networking, skills assessment, and job hunting/applications.

This program has successfully matched thousands of graduate and undergraduate students from the Faculty of Business and Economics with business professionals in a mentoring partnership. Participating students are linked with mentors based on their shared interests, course of study, and area of specialty.
The program is open to both undergraduate and graduate students enrolled in a Faculty of Business and Economics degree. We welcome expressions of interest from mentors with at least 3 years professional experience within a range of business roles and from across a broad spectrum of industries.
