Mentors are 2nd year MGSE students who will guide and advise 1st year students to help them succeed. A mentor's role is to inspire, encourage, and support their mentees.

Mentees are 1st year MGSE students who will benefit from the guidance and advice on offer from student mentors who are in 2nd year of their graduate Education studies.
